I began making drawings in notebooks. I rarely used sketch books preferring to use journal books. Recently I saw a show of Hanne Dobervan I realised that I was working in a similar way and method at the same time.

The first works at college were from two projects, 1. Serial Imagery  2 Define drawing. Both projects were meant to be two weeks projects, I extended them to take up not only the entire year but my life.

Two results from that investigation were both presented no in the studios but in my preferred spaces- the corridor. One was a obstruction, with two 8 x 4 panels which I built in the morning before anyone arrived. The second was a screen print of a line or black  bar.
